Returns
I believe that you will be 100% satisfied with the goods ordered, but occasionally you may need to return an item. My returns and cancellation policy is as follows:
If you are not fully satisfied with any item you order from me, then you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or to exchange it for alternative goods of a similar value. When returning goods please specify why you are returning your order and what further action to take.
To cancel an order please do so within 48 hours of placing the order.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to me and you will be responsible for the goods until they reach me, I suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to me along with the original receipt.
